The refund process is different for each payment method used:

If ShopeePay is not activated or no bank account is available for over 60 days, a Shopee voucher of equivalent value may be issued.
Vouchers used will be refunded to the buyer for full refund cases only.
Shopee Coins used will be refunded fully for full refunds and partially for partial refunds.
You are advised to keep an eye on the case and may need to respond promptly should the Shopee Agent require more evidence from your end. Should the seller decide to negotiate before you return an item, you are given 1 calendar day to counter the offer or accept the offer. No response from either party within 1 calendar day will result in you having to return the item as per the initial approval.
How to check your refund status?
You may check on the latest status by following these steps:
1. From Shopee App, Click "Me" and then Click on "My Purchases"
2. Find your order under the "Return/Refund" Tab
3. Select the order by clicking on "View Details’"
4. You will be able to see the status of your Return/Refund request from this page
